Old-Fashioned Creamy Carrot Salad
This Carrot Salad is one of those old-fashioned recipes that still holds up today. It’s sweet, creamy, and a little tangy — the kind of salad you’d spot at an Aussie BBQ or potluck. It’s easy to throw together and tastes even better chilled. If you’re a fan of carrot-based recipes, you might also enjoy my Gluten-Free Carrot Cake — it’s soft, fluffy, and easy.

Hi Lee, what could I substitute the mayonnaise with? Thanks
Hi Sue, I think plain Greek yoghurt or sour cream would work well instead of the mayonnaise. ☺
Excellent recipe!
