Grated carrot salad served in small and large vintage glass bowls, garnished with parsley

Carrot Salad

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hours
Servings: 6 servings
This old-fashioned Carrot Salad is simple, creamy, and slightly sweet — just like the kind you’d find at a classic Aussie BBQ. It’s a great side dish that can be made ahead and served chilled.

Notes

  • You can use raisins or sultanas — either one works well.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your taste depending on which dried fruit you use.
